ADDITIONAL EXPENSES PAYABLE BY THE CLIENT
• Entrance fees to all pay-to-enter sites
• Daytime food - Lunch, coffee etc
• Dinner and accommodation costs during full day or extended tours (We can arrange the driver/guide’s dinner and accommodation on payment of a daily fee of £60 for accomodation and £15 per meal)
SETTLEMENT
• British cheques can be accepted
• Payment may be made by money transfer to my bank account or via PayPal
• A confirmation fee of 10% will be required at the time of booking. Settlement of the balance will normally be required before the start of the tour.
• At the moment Hola Scotland cannot undertake reservations on behalf of its clients, but we can suggest different hotels and locations, as well as act as an intermediary in making arrangements.
- We highly recommend to check fees and all arrangements directly with Hola Scotland before placing an order
- If, by prior agreement, the tour is to be subject to post tour invoice settlement in full should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice (applied to Tour Companies only)• Full Day: 8 hours including lunch time and journeys to and back
CANCELLATION FEES
• Full and Half Day tours: if less than 7 days notice of cancellation if given, a fee of 50% will be payable, if less than 24hrs the full fee is payable.
• Extended tours: if less than 28 days notice is given, a fee of 50% will be payable; if less than 7 days the full fee is payable.
• I am happy to negotiate all terms and conditions with you prior to booking
• The van I provide for my Driver-Guide services is a 2008 Vito Traveliner for 8 people
• 7 people is the suggested number for journeys more than an hour long.
• Only Van Service provided in English, Spanish or Italian at no extra cost.
